About

You

The best candidates for building a personal media company are people who have wrestled with their inner critic and pinned that devil to the mat. They came out of the battle with a fundamentally different relationship to visibility.

They’ve moved beyond the limiting belief that expertise requires perfection, instead embracing the truth that their unique combination of experience + perspective + personality creates irreplaceable value. These folks have overcome the fear that sharing knowledge makes them look like a douche, recognizing instead that keeping their mouth shut actually deprives others of help they desperately need.

They understand that authenticity isn’t about sharing everything, but about being genuinely helpful in their area of expertise.

At their core, these candidates believe that relationships and trust are the ultimate currency in any business (and the killer app of HumanOS). They’re driven by a deep conviction that their work should create meaningful impact beyond just personal profit (but money is nice, too), and they view content creation not as self-promotion but as service to their community.

They consistently take action even when they don’t feel ready, understanding that consistency beats perfection every time. You’ll find them actively engaging with their audience, sharing both successes and lessons learned, and continuously investing in their own growth because they know that personal development directly translates to business development.

Their goals extend far beyond follower counts or revenue metrics. They’re building toward long-term influence and the ability to create opportunities not just for themselves, but for others in their network. They want to be known as the go-to person in their field, to have the freedom to choose their projects and clients, and to build a sustainable business that aligns with their values.

Most importantly, they’re committed to the long game, understanding that a personal media company is not a quick path to success but a strategic investment in becoming the type of person others naturally want to work with, learn from, and support.

Is this you, anon?

About Me

Hi there, we’ve probably met on YouTube already, but I figured I’d put in a couple words here to let you know it’s really me.

I’m a fractional sales & marketing executive helping a small handful of clients build bigger businesses. I also have about a bazillion other irons in the fire, and they’re all made possible because I built my own personal media company.

I got my start as a full-time world-traveling mentalist. Then I realized the psychological principles I use on stage can also help companies in the marketplace, and that’s the start of my consulting & executive work.

I’ve written multiple books, started podcasts, appeared on national TV, and all sorts of stuff.
